In terms of crystal healing, what can l use to help my problem ofbeing in Nugget my own mind so much, always in axiety so much so that l have become lost Registered User in my own mind and thoughts.

relevant factor. You will have plenty of time to indulge in ur anxieties
in ur own time. If ur mental state is so great that you can not do this
much, talk to a therapist. They can help you out with this.
